Prometric score performance feedback

    I received a mail today from prometric regarding performance feedback and the message contains no scores however I didn't receive the exam result from the ima, and the result should appear by 11th of Aug, I'm asking in this case if this means that I failed or not.

    I took part 2 in June and have the same problem. I opened a discussion thread similar yesterday

    there is no reference to the essay either, which probably means the whole report is a system glitch

    Me too received same email 2 hours ago and is blank for Part 2 exam appeared on 10 June 2019. I am actually afraid as most people are saying we get such email when we fail to score.

    If anyone fails they receive this report after 14 days of results being announced. I believe this is a system glitch. And since it's blank just hope that you passed.

    Let's hope the latter part of your statement stands true. *Fingers crossed* I too received a blank performance report an hour ago. Appeared for CMA Part 2 exam on 27th June 2019.

    Hoping this is just a glitch and nothing more.  Unfortunately, both IMA and Prometric will be closed until Monday morning.  If by chance anyone gets official word of any news, please post an update.

    Being that there are multiple threads and many responses of people with the same situation, it seems like that it is an error. The performance reports shouldn't be sent until 2 weeks after the scores are posted (if taken in June = August 11th or 12th), so it doesn't make sense. On top of that, they're blank.

    Since other people are getting the same report, I wouldn't stress out about it too much. Until we get word from the IMA or Prometric directly, I would treat it as if nothing new has happened. I attached my letter.

    If it helps, I took the exam 6/30/19 and received scores on the 12th. Sadly I failed with the same score as the 1st 340 (i wish it was a glitch). That said I received my performance report with details, so it may be true that you all passed the exam!!!! Congrats

    You took the exam 6/30/19 and already got your results? I took my exam 6/22/19 and don't anticipate results until 8/11/19.

    I received the same performance feedback report via email from prometric, blank details or no feedback.  I took Part 1 - 6/29 of this year.  Regarding Nelly's response, I hope the blank feedback means we passed but I doubt it.  I wonder if past CMA candidates that passed/failed can share more insight into this possible glitch.

    I think you will pass because Prometric will not grade Essays anyway.If this is really your score you will pass with essay mark.

    Sorry I rec'd my exam scores 7/12/19, I took the exam 5/31/19. My performance report was rec'd 8/2/19. So my results may be accurate. Hopefully the IMA will send out a message if there is an issue.

    This ! explains it.  Aug 2nd is supposed to be the performance report release date for May exam, somehow the system send it out to all members who took exam in Jun, and of course it would be blank since the mark was not finalized yet.

    Then why wasn't the report sent to some people who took the exam also in June?​  So not all members who took it in June received the report.

    Thank you for your support of the IMA.

     

    Due to a technical error, Prometric sent blank performance reports to June CMA exam takers over the weekend. Please disregard this performance report.

     

    ICMA is still in the process of grading June CMA exams, and plans to release scores on Monday August 12, 2019.  Candidates who failed the exam will then receive a written performance report by email two weeks later.

     

    We sincerely apologize for any confusion this error may have caused.

    ​Hi Mostafa, my letter had slightly different verbiage than yours.  My letter did not say "Candidates who failed the exam will then receive a written performance report by email two weeks later."    My letter stated towards the end "We expect to send performance reports two weeks later".  I wish the letter would have been more neutral and stated something on the lines that the report has no indication of passing or failing or at least implying that.  I believe the letter from Prometric was poorly written.  Either way I think both versions implies failure.

    there are two emails for this issue, one is from IMA and the other one is from prometric itself. the wordings and structure of both emails are different.
