I just found out I didn't pass part 1 with a 300.  What program did you use to study?  I used Hock and felt very prepared.  Honestly I was surprised and very disappointed that I didn't pass.

Hello, I used Wiley exam prep for part one, I took this exam in February as well. I passed by the skin of my teeth with a 360.  I feel that if I had used the exam prep to it's fullest I would have done much better. I think Wiley did a great job of setting up it's study materials to help in prepping. Their quiz questions are set up very similar to the exams.  Wiley also scores you on everything you have been quizzed on and based on that percentage pretty much guarantee you will pass - I was about 15% shy of this percentage. Good luck to you and don't give up!!

I recently found out I passed Part 1 with a score of 360. I used Gleim and I felt very well prepared for Part 1. I sit for Part 2 towards the end of June.

I am using Gleim.  I took and passed Part 2 last September and I'm registered to take Part 1 on May 20th.  I recommend using Gleim.

I used Hock prep material as well. Following were the key steps for me:

- Complete coverage of the book
- Using the prep software to cover key concepts.
- Noting down the concepts where i didn't answer questions correctly
- Using flashcards to revise the material in the last week leading up to the exam
- Time management (despite my best efforts, I still ended up missing 8 questions in the MCQs though some of them were quite difficult)

Your performance report will shed more light as to where you need to improve further.

The performance report comes a couple weeks after they've posted your exam results if you failed the part you took. I hope this helps.
