I'm confused at your question. The CMA designation requires two years of relevant work experience. Therefore, when the designation is earned, a person will have at least two years of work experience. It might help you to define what a "good job" is, as this varies greatly from person to person. The skills you would need for said job also depend on what work you are looking to get (example: budgeting/forecasting, corporate finance, analyst, etc)
