fixed and variable direct labor cost.

    hi ... i just want to know how to set a standard direct labor cost which consist of fixed and variable both. for example if a labor has a fixed salary of 1000 and an overtime rate of 5 per hour after the normal working hours. so how we will allocate this cost in setting standards for direct labor cost.
